How much is shipping?
Shipping on all products is free! There is absolutely no shipping charge, no matter where you live. The price you see is the price you pay

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. For domestic orders (orders within the UK), packages should arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch. For international orders, please allow around 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. Please also take into consideration your own countries customs checks which could add up to a week on your packages arrival. Some contries we have had experience with slow customs are Italy, Australia and New Zealand.

Will my package be charged a customs fee?
We mark all orders as gifts and mark the value less then USD10. This should assure that no customs fee is imposed but please keep in mind that every country is different and that we cannot guarantee 100% that your country will not impose charges. We are not responsible for any charges made, although we do try our best to make sure it won't happen.

Is there any extra charge imposed when ordering from you?
No, chouchoucboutique does not impose any hidden fees or charges. The price you see is the price you pay. However, we cannot gaurantee that your bank, paypal/google checkout won't impose charges. We are not responsible for any of these fees and for any cutoms fee or import duties that your country might impose.

Is all your merchandise immediately available?
Yes, all our merchandise is readily available. Once you place an order, your item/s will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days.

I'm afraid that once an item is out of stock, we cannot restock it as all our items are bought as one offs
